Community Gathering

We are excited to share some in-person time together this Saturday in Vancouver. We’ll be leading a new breathwork session that we’ve been working on, and we’ll be treated to a soundbath by May Globus from Oto Healing. We’ll also have a chance to connect with one another and enjoy some tea and treats.

A few reminders:

• Please arrive on time!
• A calendar invite with the address and additional details will be sent to those who have confirmed their spot.
• Mediation cushions and blankets are available for use. However, if you prefer to use your own, or would like a pillow for the breathwork, please feel free to bring it.
