Feeling calmer
I feel calmer. I don’t need to be amped to function. I feel closer to some people and more distant to others. I feel a lot of gratitude to my family. I’m forgiving myself for my mistakes, which are now becoming lessons. I really feel the evolution in thought happening. I now recognize people in trauma and have so much more patience and compassion. Feeling so much gratitude. Looking forward to much more work ahead. Really sending my love to everyone that was there. I felt really privileged to be surrounded by such a caring, wise, interesting, intelligent group of people.
