Refunds & Rebooking

Our Intensives are small, carefully held spaces, and each guest’s participation directly impacts the experience we create and the sustainability of our business. While we wish we could offer full flexibility, it’s simply not something we can absorb.

Because of this, we do not offer refunds or transfers. If you need to cancel, we will always do our best to fill your spot, but we cannot guarantee this will be possible.

We advise you to ensure you can commit to the dates of your Intensive before making any payments.

If we are able to fill your spot at full price, we may, at our discretion, apply a portion of your payment toward a future Intensive. This is never guaranteed, and we can only offer it when circumstances allow. That said, we recognize the commitment—both financial and personal—that this work requires, and we will always do our best to navigate these situations with care.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances such as illness, personal emergencies, or travel disruptions. While this will not cover the cost of deposits or other payments made to Enfold, it may help you recover flight and accommodation costs. Enfold is not responsible for cancellations due to personal circumstances.

Enfold reserves the right to cancel your participation at any time if we determine that attending the Intensive would not be safe for you or our team. In such cases, any refunds or credits will be considered at our discretion. These cases are extremely rare and we always take great care to reach an outcome that is fair and mutually respectful.

Refund & Payment Policy

When Payments Are Due

We require a 50% deposit to confirm your participation. The final balance is due two weeks before the Intensive start date.

In some cases, we offer payment plans that can spread out these payments over a number of months. Please contact us to explore options.

Refunds & Transferability

All payments made — including deposit, final payments, and any payment plan payments — are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The only exception to this is if you’ve reserved online before having a Discovery Call. In these cases we will schedule a call immediately to determine suitability. If we determine the Intensive is not suitable for you, we will refund your deposit.
