Emotionally confronting and cathartic. I went in wondering what the medicine and the universe would have to offer me – but I left feeling like I had a lot to learn about what I can (and should) offer myself.

Physically and mentally calm – and because of that, emotionally confusing! A challenging (and ongoing) process of being more aware of myself, my body, and my feelings.
What Initially Drew Sam to Enfold:
A sense that I have been closed off to the world, to others, and to myself – and a hope that 5-MeO might offer some insight into how to open up.
