Pam’s 5-MeO Ceremony Experience:
I’ve been at Enfold twice now and each experience had its own flavor. The first was more of a blissful and somatic awakening, and the second was more of a fight within myself to experience the joy and pain of surrender.
Pam’s 5-MeO Integration Experience:
Because I had worked with plant medicines for a year before my first experience, I had a reasonable idea of what integration entails, so I knew the things that work for me – meditation, journaling, baths, sound baths, certain podcasts/books/people who keep me connected to the work. My integration unfolded over about 9 months after my first visit and continue now in month three following my second visit. Integration is uneven for me, with some weeks where the shifts seem to come fast and furious, and others when I am more confused and anxious.
What Initially Drew Pam to Enfold:
The broad strokes of midlife magic drew me in – my natural curiosity, feeling unfulfilled while everything looked so good on the outside, divorce, my over-functioning nature, loss of connection to my body and spirit.
