Integration Coach, Therapist
Meg Leitold

Meg is a Registered Psychotherapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner based in Tkaronto/Toronto with a focused practice in developmental and intergenerational trauma. She is trained in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy (MDMA, ketamine), psychedelic harm reduction and integration, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, DBT, ego state therapy/IFS, NeuroAffective Touch, and other touch-based somatic modalities for developmental trauma recovery (SRR, TEB, TST). Meg also has extensive experience supporting people for whom dissociative processes are a primary way of coping with stress and past overwhelm.

Meg’s therapeutic lens gently holds the impacts of collective trauma, structural violence, and organized abandonment in understanding people’s experience of themselves in the world. She brings personal and professional experience to her work with 2SLGBTQIA+ people, and is committed to anti-oppressive and self-reflective practice, cultural humility, and harm reduction. Meg draws from her professional training in trauma renegotiation, psychedelic research, and her own medicine and somatic work to inform her presence and values as a therapist and integration support. Her approach in working together emphasizes safety, dignity, and self-determination. She seeks to support each person she sits with to remember and reconnect to their body’s wisdom, inner knowing, and inherent wholeness.
