My name is Lady Bird. I identify as an Artist, a Mother, and a Transformation Facilitator. I provide integration for psychedelic journeys, as well as birth, termination, and pregnancy loss. I have held myself in each of these life-changing experiences, and am honored to do so with other women. I am passionate about harm reduction, and work as a trip sitter in Washington state. I also support medicine spaces in various roles including decriminalization.

I have almost 20 years of experience with psychedelics, and 8 of those years working with them mindfully as powerful catalysts for healing. Mushrooms, ayahuasca, ketamine, and bufo are the medicines most integral to my own healing journey through self-discovery, addiction and sexual trauma. At age 24, I decided to radically change my life as a chain-smoking bartender with a criminal record. I traveled the world solo for 3 years stepping away from my addictions, patterns, and relationships. On the other side of that journey, I found myself centered in teaching yoga, regularly working with Earth Medicines, and living a healthy spiritual life. I received my Transformational Recovery and Psycho-Spiritual Coaching certification through Being True to You in 2023.

My heart sings with the opportunity to work with women at any stage of life, most especially postpartum and those reorienting to an empty nest. Many of the complexities that come with being a human (and a woman especially) are topics I have personal experience navigating: disordered eating, anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, post-traumatic stress, Motherhood, infertility, terminations, sexual and childhood trauma, grief, codependency, and existential crisis.

Outside of the roles of transformation facilitation and integration guide, my days are filled with laughter and physical labor. I am co-founder of an off-grid intentional community and retreat space in Western Washington. I find my center by walking barefoot in the forest, snuggling my dog, and through ecstatic dance. My 4 year old son is a constant reminder to play and be here now. Although not currently teaching, I hold certificates in Prenatal Kundalini Yoga and Reiki.
