Gwen Ingram-Jones
Therapist
Gwen Ingram-Jones, LMFT, CEDS
Gwen has been working in the mental health field since 2007 and has worked in every level of care from standard, weekly appointments to involuntary psychiatric hospitals. She has worked with over 180 people in a legal retreat setting for psilocybin assisted therapy. She has a speciality of working with people who have eating disorders while having additional training to work with people who struggle with trauma, anxiety, addictions, self harm, and relationships.
Gwen works from a systems perspective and takes a multi-modal approach, while predominately using Motivational Interviewing (MI) and providing psycho-education including, but not limited to teaching coping skills typically taught in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Gottman’s Sound House Theory. When working to integrate and resolve trauma, Gwen will use Lifespan Integration (LI).
Gwen is supportive, kind, and compassion while actively listening to what you have to share. She is not here to judge anyone, but wants to be in the trenches with someone and assist them to find their way out. She will collaborate with you to find new ways to engage internally and externally within your life.
