Emily’s 5-MeO Ceremony Experience:

My experience started with what I can only describe as pure knowing and light. It was the most beautiful, blissful, transcendent experience of my life. As the experience went on I processed some old painful memories and ended feeling very safe.

Emily’s 5-MeO Integration Experience:

At first, I felt a bit confused and unsure about what to do with what I had just experienced – I assumed that an experience of such significance would be accompanied by an immediate shift in my physical, mental and emotional state so it felt very strange to be back in my same body and mind. As days and weeks passed I started to see shifts in my thoughts and behaviours, which was cool to observe. The real shift happened for me in the 1-6 months after my experience.

What Initially Drew Emily to Enfold:

There were things that I knew in my head from therapy and life experience that I felt I hadn’t been able to fully incorporate into my life and wanted to embody. I also wanted to release any old stuck energy and feel closer to myself.
